The POLIVAS ETICS panel, made of expanded polystyrene (EPS), is manufactured according to the technical specifications of the Spanish standard UNE-EN 13163 and certified with the AENOR mark.

Presented in white color and with a straight cut, this panel undergoes a stabilization process that ensures optimal dimensional stability, for perfect execution and performance on site.

With a thermal conductivity of 0.037 W/mK, POLIVAS ETICS is recommended for external thermal insulation systems (ETICS), providing an effective solution to improve the energy efficiency of buildings.

The POLIVAS ETICS – PLATINUM panel is an expanded polystyrene (EPS) panel with graphite base, complying with the technical specifications of the Spanish standard UNE-EN 13163 and certified with the AENOR mark.

This innovative material significantly increases the thermal insulation power of the panel, maintaining the same density as conventional EPS. This panel undergoes a stabilization process to ensure excellent dimensional stability, for perfect execution and performance on site.

With a thermal conductivity of only 0.031 W/mK, POLIVAS ETICS – PLATINUM is especially recommended for external thermal insulation systems (ETICS). Additionally, it can be manufactured in any thickness without losing thermal properties, providing a high-performance solution to improve building energy efficiency.

The POLIVAS ETICS – High Density system is designed to offer exceptional performance in external thermal insulation systems (ETICS). Using high-density expanded polystyrene (EPS), this product complies with the most rigorous regulations, including Spanish standard UNE-EN 13163 and is certified with the AENOR mark. The high density of the EPS provides superior robustness, suitable for high-traffic areas for people and vehicles.

In addition to its strength, POLIVAS ETICS – High Density stands out for its low thermal conductivity of 0.034 W/mK, which improves the energy efficiency of buildings. This system is ideal for applications in areas with strict insulation and durability requirements, providing significant benefits in terms of thermal control and energy consumption reduction.

The EPS GEOFAM GF140 is a lightweight and high mechanical resistance product suitable for fills under concrete slab floors in residential and commercial construction, roadways, and foundations. Its dimensional stability and low water absorption make it ideal for fills and load-bearing reductions in lightweight embankments, walkable decks, refills in commercial spaces and residences, and generally for medium and high load-bearing fills.

Main Technical Data:

  • Compression resistance at 10% deformation: 140 kPa
  • Compression resistance at 2% deformation: 100 kPa
  • Creep at 2% compression over 50 years: 33 kPa

We also offer the EPS GEOFAM GF70, which performs the same functions with medium resistance, suitable for fills under ground layers or low load-bearing fills.

Main Technical Data for GF70:

  • Compression resistance at 10% deformation: 70 kPa
  • Compression resistance at 2% deformation: 25 kPa
  • Creep at 2% compression over 50 years: 16.80 kPa

Both products are CE certified.

POLIVAS PLATINUM EDGE INSULATION – is an expanded graphite polystyrene product with low thermal conductivity λ=0.031 W/mK for high-quality and energy-efficient insulation solutions. In the case of POLIVAS PLATINUM edge insulations, it is cut into strips with edge heights of 20mm, 30mm, or 40mm, incorporating a groove for proper mortar grip.

It is applied by adhering to the edge and is prepared to receive mortar with mesh to prevent cracking at the junction with brick or block.

This product is manufactured under the requirements of UNE-EN 13163 for Thermal Insulating Products made from Expanded Polystyrene (EPS).

The use of EPS blocks and casings for the lightweight filling of structures is increasingly widespread due to its multiple advantages over traditional ceramic or concrete alternatives.

EPS blocks from POLIVAS are not only lighter, facilitating handling during construction, but also contribute significantly to reducing the weight of the overall structure. Additionally, these blocks add value to the building by effectively improving thermal and acoustic insulation.

Poliradiant POLIVAS is a sheet of plasticized EPS for radiant floors, compliant with UNE EN13163, with molded surface and tongue-and-groove edges.

Each Poliradiant sheet has a four-edge tongue-and-groove finish, allowing for easy placement and avoiding thermal bridging. Meanwhile, the conical design of the knobs makes it easier to hold pipes in place quickly and effectively, without the need for staples or other attachments.

Ideal for pipe spacing of 75 mm and pipes of Ø 16 to 20 mm.

Poliradiant sheets comply with the latest requirements of the CTE (Technical Building Code).

EPS POLIVAS – Virgin Pearl are pre-expanded EPS beads, not welded together, that allow for added volume and lightness in various uses for which they are intended.

EPS POLIVAS – Recycled Pearl is obtained from reclaimed polystyrene pieces that are ground to extract recycled beads, giving them a second life.

Manufacturing is done in various formats to meet different requested needs.
