We are a manufacturer of expanded polystyrene with over 30 years of experience in Mallorca. We distribute products and construction systems primarily in the fields of thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, laminated plaster, and suspended ceilings.

Our commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability is reflected in the production of high-quality polystyrene for thermal and acoustic insulation, contributing to reduced energy consumption in construction projects. We continuously innovate to provide solutions tailored to local needs, ensuring durability and optimal performance in all types of buildings.

Our philosophy is to ensure that our clients achieve optimal performance in terms of energy efficiency, comfort, and safety with a wide range of cutting-edge architectural solutions. We accomplish this with the support of the brands we represent and the accumulated experience within our organization.

Our commitment to sustainability has led us to make significant investments in our sustainability model, such as installing 100 kWh photovoltaic generation, transitioning to gas, and gradually reducing our carbon footprint across all processes. We also focus on recycling in our manufacturing plants and on developing products entirely oriented toward energy efficiency in building for our clients.

Our team consists of 16 internal professionals and numerous external collaborators who work every day to meet our clients’ highest expectations. We stand out for our personalized service and extensive technical knowledge.

POLIVAS S.L., within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), through the Investment Plan for the Energy Transition of the Balearic Islands (PITEIB), has received aid from the European Union of €58,168.15 from the NextGenerationEU Fund, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, for the project called “INSTALLATION OF PHOTOVOLTAIC ENERGY FOR SELF-CONSUMPTION OF 59.4kWp, THROUGH THE INSTALLATION OF 108 SOLAR PANELS, 20 PYLONTECH US500 BATTERIES AND A 22 KW ELECTRIC SMART CHARGER”.

Within the incentive program linked to self-consumption and storage, with renewable energy sources, as well as the implementation of renewable thermal systems in the residential sector of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, managed by the Department of Energy Transition, Productive Sectors and Democratic Memory of the Government of the Balearic Islands. The main objective of our photovoltaic installation is to reduce our carbon footprint and promote a more sustainable future.
